Welcome to VuProjects. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept this simple and clear because we believe in transparency and professional excellence.

1. Nature of Service (The Academic Integrity Clause)

VuProjects provides high-level academic consultancy, data analysis, and project writing assistance.

  • Model Research: All materials provided by VuProjects (chapters, full projects, or outlines) are intended as Model Research or Study Guides.
  • Purpose: Our work is designed to give you a solid foundation, showing you how to structure, argue, and source your research.
  • Final Responsibility: While we provide expert literature and data, the final submission to your institution is your responsibility. VuProjects does not support or encourage academic garnishing or plagiarism. We provide the blueprint; you provide the final academic effort.

2. Payment, Milestones & Refunds

We value your investment and our time. To keep things fair:

  • Commitment Fee: A standard deposit is required before any research begins. This covers the initial sourcing of reputable journals and outline drafting.
  • Staged Delivery: For full projects, we work in stages (e.g., Chapters 1-3 first). Payment for each stage must be cleared before the next stage begins.
  • Refunds: Because research is a time-intensive service, refunds are not provided once the research work has been drafted and delivered. If you choose to cancel a project mid-way, you are only liable for the stages already completed.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • The 72-Hour Standard: Our goal is to deliver Undergraduate and Postgraduate project materials within 72 hours of payment and format confirmation.
  • Postgraduate Scope: For complex Postgraduate research (MSc/PhD) requiring extensive primary data analysis or specialized software (SPSS, EViews, etc.), the delivery window may be extended to 5 days to ensure our “Zero-AI” quality and the 5-Year Citation Rule are maintained.
  • The “Green Light”: Delivery time officially begins once the commitment fee is confirmed and the student provides their approved Table of Contents (Format).

4. Revisions, Corrections & “Closing” a Project

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the quality of work.

  • Standard Revisions: We offer two rounds of free revisions based on your supervisor’s feedback, provided the feedback aligns with the original project scope.
  • Correction Policy: Minor adjustments (typos or citation tweaks) are Free. Major supervisor-directed changes to the methodology or structure attract a flat fee (contact us for more information)
  • Scope Creep: If your supervisor changes the entire topic or methodology after work has started, this is considered a new project and may attract an additional fee.
  • Project Closure: A project is considered “Closed” once the final chapter is delivered and 14 days have passed without feedback, or once the final project has been successfully defended/submitted.
  • Your Ownership: Once the final payment is made, you (the client) own the usage rights to the specific document delivered to you. You are free to use it for your academic requirements.
  • Our Expertise: VuProjects retains the intellectual rights to the unique research methodology, custom frameworks, and the proprietary “Zero-AI” sourcing process used to create the work. We reserve the right to use the general research findings (anonymized) for our internal repository.

6. The “Zero-AI” Guarantee

As part of our commitment to quality, VuProjects guarantees that all literature is sourced from reputable journals (as seen on our Resources page) and written by human experts. We do not use AI-generated filler. In return, we expect clients to provide clear instructions and timely feedback from their supervisors.
