📖 ABSTRACT/OVERVIEW
Agile project management methodologies depend heavily on collaborative team dynamics, and the social and organizational context within which Nigerian software teams operate deserves closer empirical attention. This study examines the effect of team dynamics on agile project delivery in software development companies in Lagos State, South West Nigeria. A cross-sectional survey will recruit 190 software developers, Scrum masters, product owners, and project leads from 20 technology companies in Yaba, Victoria Island, and Ikoyi. The Team Diagnostic Survey (TDS) will assess team dynamics across direction, structure, support, and process dimensions, while agile delivery performance will be measured through sprint velocity, defect rates, and client satisfaction scores. Multiple regression analysis will identify which team dynamic dimensions most strongly predict agile delivery outcomes. Nigeria's growing technology sector, centered on the Lagos ecosystem, makes this investigation timely and practically relevant. Findings will support team composition and coaching strategies for technology project managers and guide agile transformation programs in Nigerian tech firms. Keywords: team dynamics, agile project delivery, software development, Lagos, Scrum
